New Computer in the House

Havent done much on unpacking the many boxes "still" cluttering my spare bedrooms....but did unpack a NEW Box that arrived last week.
Got myself a new desktop to replace my 8 yr old Sony Vaio. The new one is a HP All in One Desktop. So far so good....on installing stuff and getting the hang of Windows 7 - which isnt all that different as far as I can see from Vista. But Ive just turned in on, followed the screen prompts, installed a few programs, copied some pictures and files from my laptop backups on an external drive.
Im a happy camper so far ;-)

I installed my pcCrafter Hugbug Deluxe Browser and then had it scan my harddrive for my installed graphics collections that I have accumulated over the past 7 yrs from pcCrafter.com
And I also installed my favorite graphics/photo editor software : Microsofts Digital Image Suite 2006. Its working fine in the Windows 7 Home Premium edition - 64bit system. So Im good to go and play on this computer. Still will use my laptop most days - but wanted a Desktop that was current and that I could grow with. My laptop, a 2yr old Toshiba is running VISTA, and Im happy with it, But gotta keep up with all the changes Bill Gates wants us to always be running out and getting new stuff.

New way removing virus from a computer

STEP 1:what I did is that i created a secondary account on my computer for backup plan if my main account is infected badly were the antivirus program wont come up and get rid of the virus.
STEP 2:hold the power button on your computer until it turns off. let it sit for a minute or two. turn it back on and log in when the log in screen comes up. click on the antivirus program that you bought. if your antivirus program doesnt come up and you tried everything. then log off or shutdown your computer and use your secondary
account you created.
STEP 3: go to the control panel on your seconary account and click on USER ACCOUNTS AND FAMILY SAFETY. then go to ADD OR REMOVE USER ACCOUNTS after that then click on the user account and then click on delete user account. it will get rid of the account. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE TOO.
