Panasonic to launch wireless telephones under Rs 5 000 by November


New Delhi: In a bid to reinforce its place in the Indian mobile teletelephone market, Japanese electronics foremost Panasonic designs to arrive out with apparatus underneath Rs 5,000 by November this year. The company has currently launched four premium smartphone models since May, when it went into into the household market and aims to accomplish a market share of 8 per cent in first year. "Panasonic is attentive of the market and demand for phones cost underneath Rs 5,000. contemplating the same, we design to arrive out with a characteristic teleteletelephones below Rs 5,000 by November this year," Panasonic India Managing Director Manish Sharma notified PTI.

He said there is marvellous potential in the Indian smartphone market and the business is ready to invest more. "We have currently commenced four premium models since our application into smartphone market and we will continue to offer a wide variety of telephones. We are looking at allowance telephones and may insert them following up on these launches," Sharma said. The business had commenced its first quad-core enabled smartphone Panasonic P51 for Rs 26,900 in May. This month, it came out with three new forms in the cost variety of Rs 9,790 to Rs 16,490. "Our telephones are aimed at at the juvenile lifetime, who is always on the lookout for better, faster and savvier smartphones on the go. The teleteletelephones are apt for the always-on-the-go college youth and the premium executive class," Sharma added.
